Station Square the newest 15 story 126 luxury condo building, with main fl oor retail and a restaurant will be completed in June 2008.

The gorgeous $9 million dollar street scape in downtown Clearwater will be completed fall 2007.

$9.64 million dollar 129 boat slip project at the end of Cleveland Street will have two spaces for water taxi which will be completed 2009. The next closest marina to this project has a 3 to 5 year waiting list. Our boat slip project has also interested US Fish & Wildlife Services into granting Clearwater $1.2 million dollars in federal monies, after we beat out 32 other cities that applied. This was made possible because we were able to prove that at least $4 million dollars of the boat slip project would benefi t transient boaters....who like to travel marina to marina.

 

$3 million dollar new pedestrian bridge over Mandalay Channel makes another way to get to the beach. Project to start in June 2007 and be completed in 14 months. Traffic will NOT be aff ected because work will be done from a barge or the causeway.

Yacht Starship a luxury dining cruise line announced they will be docking their newest 100 foot 149 seat ship at Clearwater’s Municipal Marina. Fine dining charters and special events drew the city’s most famous faces including Donald Trump, Nicholas Cage and Tom Cruise in 2001.

Clearwater Centre 15 story 71 condos with city homes and retail space will be celebrating with their ground breaking event scheduled for May 14th.

Opus of Water’s Edge is currently working on their 17th fl oor which will eventually scrape the sky at 25 stories.

Tampa will host Super Bowl in early 2009.
