The Luxury Apartment Community Sets a New Standard for Quality Living in Tampa

Tampa FL  December 11, 2008 - With the opening last month of The Vintage Lofts in the historic district of West Tampa better known as Hyde Park North, a new standard has officially been set. Developed by the Zaremba Group, The Vintage Lofts host six fabulous buildings, four stories each with 249, class-A apartment homes. The community is now the area's premier destination for luxury living. With two beautifully furnished models now open and luxurious apartment homes ready for immediate occupancy, it provides residents a highly convenient, upscale lifestyle less than one mile from downtown Tampa.

"This is a community truly like no other," comments Barbara Favreau, Property Manager at The Vintage Lofts. "Everything about it is outstanding…from the beautifully designed models to the lavish landscaping to the amazing location. It's already becoming a very popular community in the short time we have been open."

The Vintage Lofts features large one, two and three-bedroom apartment homes with full amenities and a four-story gated parking garage with remote access. The luxury apartment home amenities include spacious closets, private patios / balconies, 9-foot ceilings, GE appliances, and full size washers & dryers. The numerous community features include everything a resident could desire such as a resort-style pool; spa / whirlpool; 24-hour fitness center, internet café and executive business center; controlled access gates. The property also features a large billiards / game room and a clubhouse with big screen TV that is open 24/7.

"The Vintage Lofts is extremely unique for the downtown Tampa area because its incredibly large parking garage enables residents to drive directly to the floor they live and park within steps of their luxury apartment home," comments Favreau. "It's truly a wonderful place for residents to live in a resort-style community only moments from downtown Tampa."

"Besides being a beautifully designed community with loads of amenities, one of the most appealing aspects of The Vintage Lofts is its excellent location," comments Adrienne Viola, Marketing Manager of Zaremba Residential Company. "Being located less than a mile from downtown Tampa provides residents with amazing convenience both professionally and socially."

The Vintage Lofts is part of the large revitalization development called the West End Hyde Park North. On a sprawling 20 acre site, the development will also feature retail shops, condominiums and townhomes. The Vintage Lofts is the first part of the impressive development to open.

The Vintage Lofts is being developed in conjunction with United Dominion Realty (UDR), an S&P 400 company and a leading multifamily real estate investment trust. As of September 2008, United Dominion Realty owned 44,223 apartment homes in targeted markets throughout the U.S.

The Vintage Lofts is the first apartment community opened in the Tampa Bay area by the Zaremba Group, a fully-integrated national real estate firm headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio. With regional offices in Atlanta, Orlando, Tampa and Scottsdale, the company plans to build two additional luxury Class-A apartment home communities in Tampa Bay during the next several months. The Zaremba Group has built nearly 20,000 quality apartment homes across the U.S.
