Clearwater Public Library Kicks Off Summer Reading Program

Clearwater Main LibraryCLEARWATER, FL - The Clearwater Public Library will begin their Summer Reading Program with an event on Monday, June 8th at 2 p.m at the Clearwater Main Library , located at 100 N. Osceola Avenue.

Students can sign up for the Summer Reading Program and receive a free book, while supplies last.  Also, the Tampa Bay Rays Street Team with mascot Raymond will be at the Main Library only, to kick-off their Reading with the Rays program.

Summer Reading Program kick-off events are planned at the other Clearwater branch libraries. Students can sign up for the Summer Reading Program and receive a free book while supplies last at the following locations:

- Countryside Library, 2741 State Road 580
  Tuesday, June 9th at 2 p.m.

- East Library, 2251 Drew St.
  Wednesday, June 10th at 2 p.m.

- North Greenwood Library, 905 N. MLK Jr. Ave.
  Thursday, June 11th at 3 p.m.
