A resident of North Pinellas County for more than 30 years, Clifford brings a comprehensive perspective of dealing with issues surrounding diverse businesses. He has acquired hands-on experience through owning and operating his own small business for fourteen years, holding the position of Executive Director of a local non-profit foundation for four years and serving twelve years in the banking industry. Clifford has devoted many years of service to the City of Clearwater and its residents through his work with the Clearwater Downtown Partnership, Clearwater Downtown Development Board, Clearwater YMCA, YMCA of the Suncoast and the New Port and Clearwater Beach Rotary Clubs. Clifford is a US Army veteran. He is married to Nancy and has 2 children.
