Clearwater FL, May 2008 - For many years, LaTanya Holmes has been concerned for the safety of her grandchildren, nieces and nephews who live with her in the neighborhood which surrounds Plaza Park on Pennsylvania Avenue, one block west of Martin Luther King Jr Ave in Clearwater.
