In addition, Richard Bisaccia had his title changed to Associate Head Coach/Special Teams Coordinator and Richard Mann was named Assistant Head Coach/Wide Receivers. The club also named Jay Kaiser as Assistant to the Head Coach.

Logan spent two seasons as the offensive coordinator for Boston College (2007-08). In 2007, Logan’s offense, led by ACC Player of the Year QB Matt Ryan, led the ACC in total offense and passing offense and finished third in scoring offense. He was also instrumental in helping RB Andre Callender set a single-season ACC record for most receptions by a running back (76). Logan was the head coach for Eastern Carolina from 1992-02, becoming the school’s all-time winningest coach with a record of 69-58. He led the Pirates to five bowl games.
