CLEARWATER, FL - The Humane Society of Pinellas, Inc. will be holding their next Bark at The Ball Park on Friday, June 12, 2009. This event is held at Bright House Field, 601 Old Coachman Road in Clearwater, Florida. The gates will open at 6 pm for a 7 pm game between our own Clearwater Threshers and Hammerheads. Plus it is one of the very popular Bobble Head Nights at Bright House Field!
Meet Phinley, of the Clearwater Threshers along with other local pet mascots like Beau from The Wag Mag and Julius, who has his own calendar. There will be a Ruffable Chinese Raffle offering great gift baskets, event T-Shirts for sale and adorable, adoptable pets. Be sure to come early enough to enjoy our vendors and to sign up for the “EST” pet contest.
Bright House Field will have their usual amenities available: Frenchy’s Tiki Bar and Home Run Concessions. The end of the game offers a chance of a lifetime as you are invited to "Run The Bases: with your dog!
